Deleting your account

You can close your SkiSlot account yourself, at any time, without asking us.
From the instructor app
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and then it is done.
From the website
Sign in, open Profile, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.
If it will not let you
An account with a lesson still to come cannot be closed, because somebody is expecting you. Cancel the lesson first — that tells the other side — and then close the account.
What is erased
Your name, mobile number, email address, photos, video, biography and certification. For an instructor: your prices, your working hours and your notification tokens. For a guest: the names and ages of the people on your bookings, and anything written in the notes. Your sign-in is deleted at the same time.
What stays, and why
The booking rows themselves, with their times and prices and nothing that identifies you. A lesson had two sides: the other one still needs their record of it, and a confirmation link somebody was sent should not break because you left.
If you would rather we did it
Write to privacy@skislotapp.com from the address on the account, or tell us the mobile number you booked with, and we will close it for you.
