The short version: we introduce instructors and guests, and then we get out of the way.
What SkiSlot is
A way to find a ski instructor at Kopaonik and arrange a lesson with them. The lesson is an agreement between you and the instructor. We are not a party to it.
Paying
You pay the instructor directly, in cash or by card, at the lesson. No money passes through SkiSlot. Prices shown here are what the instructor has told us they charge; the instructor sets them and can change them.
If you are an instructor
You are responsible for your own qualifications, insurance, taxes and for turning up. Keep your hours and prices honest — a slot shown as free is a promise to whoever books it. We charge a subscription to list you; it does not take a share of your lessons.
If you are booking
Turn up, or call the instructor. A lesson cancelled at the last minute is somebody's working day. Cancellation inside two hours of the start is a phone call to the instructor rather than a button, on purpose.
Weather and the mountain
Conditions change and lifts close. Whether a lesson goes ahead is between you and your instructor, and neither of you should be reading a website to find out.
What we are not responsible for
Skiing is a risk you take. We do not teach, supervise or insure anybody, and we are not responsible for what happens during a lesson, for an instructor who does not arrive, or for a guest who does not. What we are responsible for is running this service properly and holding your data carefully.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close an account that is being used to mislead people — a fake profile, invented qualifications, slots held with no intention of teaching them.
Which law
The law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Belgrade. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not take away the protections your own country gives you.
