- How do I pay for the lesson?
- You pay the instructor directly on the slope, in cash or by card if they take it. Nothing is charged online and SkiSlot never handles money.
- Can I cancel or move a lesson?
- Yes, from your confirmation or your account, up to two hours before the start. After that, call the instructor.
- What do we need to bring?
- Skis or a board, boots, a helmet and a lift pass. The instructor meets you at the meeting point shown on your confirmation.
- What if we have never skied?
- Pick the beginner level when you book. The instructor starts from the very beginning and goes at your pace.
